The District Payroll Department oversees the payroll processing for Saddleback College, including payments and reporting of payroll taxes and retirement, maintenance of leave balances, unemployment reporting, worker’s compensation payment adjustments and verification of employment, retirement counseling and issuance of W-2 tax forms.

While Payroll Department initiates the payroll process, salary payments are administered through the Orange County Department of Education. Copies of pay stubs and W-2 statements are available at the Employee Information System (EIS) website at https://employee.ocde.us.
